Rare 'FA2' Floor Lamp by Peter Nelson for Architectural Lighting LTD, 1960s

Beautiful minimalist floor lamp designed by Peter Nelson around 1960. Made of aluminum with two fully adjustable spotlights. The design language and choice of materials reflect Nelson’s background in the aviation industry. This also comes back in the remarkable "Cube Switch Box", a simple box made of milled aluminum with integrated pressure switches. Good condition with some normal traces of use as seen on the pictures.
