Fantastic set of 6 model ‘J39’ chairs designed by Børge Mogensen in 1947. These examples are made of solid oak with a nice patina thanks to age and use. All chairs have their original papercord seats in good condition with some discoloration here and there. Because it was such a widespread success this chair is also called the people’s chair and has been in production for over 75 years. These are early productions from the 1960s by FDB Møbler.
