LARGE MODERNIST 'KW85' SIDEBOARD BY MARTIN VISSER FOR 'T SPECTRUM, 1965
Fantastic minimalistic sideboard designed by Martin Visser for ‘t Spectrum in 1965. This modernist ‘KW85’ sideboard consists of a black ebonized body with two white formica sliding doors and a chromed steel base. Inside we find various shelves and one drawer on the right side. Thanks to the proportions and materials used this is one of the sleekest looking sideboard designs of the modernist period and absolutely hard to find. Bought by the first owner in 1966, this example remains in very good original condition with some normal traces of use as seen on the pictures.
