LARGE EXCLUSIVE 'TECTON' SIDEBOARD BY V-FORM, 1965
Stunning large sideboard in Brazilian Rosewood produced by V-Form in Belgium around 1965. I am always on the lookout for nice Belgian sideboards and this is probably one of my best finds so far. The sideboard is part of the ‘Tecton’ series which appears to be a high-end dining furniture line that V-Form produced only in very low numbers. It’s mentioned in Kijk Magazine from 1965. The quality and details such as the rosewood grain and sledge feet are remarkable. Inside there are also 2 beautiful green drawers mounted under the left shelf. Remarkably the ‘Tecton’ line is not mentioned in the V-Form book which indicates how exclusive it is. This sideboard remains in exceptional original condition.
